Is shipping free?

Shipping is discounted but it is not free.  We offer a discounted flat rate shipping fee of $6 for all across the continental US and a shipping rate of $35 to Canada.  Shipping to other counties is not currently available.

When will I receive my order?

Your first box will ship out within 3-5 days from the date of purchase.  Ongoing book boxes will be shipped out between the 10th and the 15th of the consequent months within your subscription period.

Do you accept rush orders?

The only option for rush processing and shipping is with the order of the one initial box that kicks off your subscription. Please contact our customer service team at support@myzoombox.com prior to ordering in order for us to confirm its availability and accommodate a potential rush order.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription commitment period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period and the remaining boxes will be shipped. Then, upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be canceled.

E.G If you sign up for a 12-month subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.

My Zoom Box stating you can cancel at any time directly refers to the subscription renewal and not your commitment term.

Any packages paid for prior to canceling, be it from your initial or a renewal term, will continue to be delivered

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may elect to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into My Account at https://myzoombox.com/my-account/ and canceling the subscription or by emailing My Zoom Box’s Customer Care Team at support@myzoombox.com.

Cancellation must occur at least 2 days prior to your next billing date, which can be found in your My Account under Manage Subscriptions or by emailing My Zoom Box Customer Care Team at support@myzoombox.com.

What if I received damaged, wrong, or incomplete items?

Even though we carefully check items before fitting them inside a box to be shipped, unexpected glitches may happen. On your part, kindly take a video of the unboxing as proof for the items included in the box and their condition when you received the items. 

Please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of order delivery at support@myzoombox.com or (803) 902-8283 for resolution. Resolution may include shipment of a replacement subscription package or product, an extension of your subscription, or similar corrective actions. 

Can I give a subscription box as a gift to someone?

Yes! You can give a My Zoom Box subscription as a gift. Click the “This is a gift” checkbox found on the product page, the cart, or the checkout page.  Doing so will reveal a box for you to share the recipient’s email address. After your purchase, we will send the recipient an email notification of the subscription that includes a request to verify the shipping information and their account login information.

I would like to get copies of the previous books. Is it possible to order boxes or books from previous months?

A limited number of individual books and reading-related gift items may be available as ala cart, one-time or non-recurring purchase.  If available, these items will be located in our Shop and are separate from our subscription boxes.

I have children close in age and I’d like to subscribe to your products, but I’d like my twins to have their own swags and I only need to have 1 copy of each book.

Why yes you can! We refer t0 this as “sibling swag” and have it available with our picture book boxes. You will see this option on the product page after you select your monthly subscription plan. The box will include only one set of books but multiple sets of the swag– a great option to reduce fussing, keep the peace, and spread the joy!

How can I update my payment or shipping information?

You can change your shipping address in your My Zoom Box account, or you can email us at support@myzoombox.com to update it for you. If you make any changes to your mailing address in your dashboard any time after you subscribe, please email us immediately to confirm if it is not too late to have your address manually updated in time for the current box.

You can update your payment information in your My Zoom Box ccount as well. Due to security, safety, and required encryption, please do not email us with payment information to be updated. That must be done by you and you only, directly via our secure billing system.
